TESTIMONIALS

13 December 2013

Hallo uncle Boeta,

I trust all is well with you. We are all fine.

I just wish to thank you once more for the knowledge you shared with us when we were with you, and in your books.   I can’t believe my mare was so wild the first day we saw her. Now she is the sweetest horse, and so easy. I am using your techniques on our pleasure horses as well, and it really works. One finds many horse people, but you are a true horseman and you taught me that there is always more beyond what the eye can see. J Like my father’s Sparkle you have been working. He seemed incredibly difficult and was unruly. Now he is the horse with the most beautiful manners ever; he is our gentle giant.

Hope you have a prosperous new year.

Kind regards,

Colene Gaggiano

Uncle Boeta,

Thanks a lot for the trouble you’ve done with Blue Velvet and Highland’s Sparkle. I can’t believe how incredible they are now.

WOW!!

Velvet is 2 years old and has just been brought in recently. She couldn’t be handled. According to what we’ve heard she was extremely spirited and impossible. She was terribly nervous and no one could catch her. She resisted the halter and seemed like an extremely difficult horse, so we decided that you should work her before we attempted the 800 km. trip to fetch her. After you had worked her for a day, we could sit on a stool and work the two year old mare’s feet comfortably. She is a completely different horse and trusts humans. She follows me like a dog and I can brush her and pick up her feet. I can long line her easily and I have to remind myself continuously that she is only two years old. If you see uncle Boeta working with a horse, something MOVES inside you and makes you realize that there are many horse riders, but few  people who can apply true horsemanship.

Kind regards,

Colene Gagiano

Hi Boeta,

I have already started with the studies. It is definitely more than I expected. Thanks.

It’s difficult to fit in some time between my three children (2, 3 and 5)!

No, I’m not in the Saddlebred industry.

My husband bought me two Anglo Arab mares which had already been served, so I’m VERY excited. My intention is to breed from them.

I always had a love for horses, but only now am I beginning to learn the “right” way. But according to what I’ve read so far, most of the information can be applied to any horse?

I am very interested in the right feeding, a good inoculation program, the right seat on the horse etc..

I can’t wait to read the section on Endurance riding!!

I bought the books to expand my knowledge, because I want to know and learn as much as possible!

We stay in Wesselsbron (Free State).

Regards,

Hestie

Boeta, thank you for the valuable information you send so regularly. I think you fill a big need. I as an older man who loves animals, enjoy it immensely. The photos in your last chapter are exceptional. I can imagine how much time and patience it took. Carry on; you are doing very well. Regards, Flaf Lauwrens

This is my South African friend’s new web site. He is a fine gentle man and I’d like for you to tell your friends about his web site and his book.
I also have an ad on there. If you will look under AD, then under MISCELLANEOUS and then under SADDLEBRED FANCIES, you will see the ad he put together for me. I think he did an excellent job.
Please look at the information about his book and pass the web address along to your friends.

Thanks for all your advice. I mounted my Percheron stallion without any problems. It’s the first horse I back, and it’s a SUCCESS. Marcelle ( Purple Sky Percherons)

I would like to thank you for the efforts you have put in writing this blog. I am hoping the same high-grade website post from you in the upcoming also. Actually your creative writing skills has inspired me to get my own website now. Actually the blogging is spreading its wings quickly. Your write up is a good example of it.

Boeta Slabbert (on Facebook), one of the most horse knowledgeable and humble human beings, has a book out on horse training. Methods are similar to some of the others available with one exceptional difference. He makes himself available to you at no extra cost. You can phone him anytime for advice and he follows through to check how you are doing. I can highly recommend him to anyone. He cares.

ARABIAN STALLION REACTS SURPRISINGLY      3rd. February 2011

Jan-Hendrik van der Linden, Jacobsdal, writes:

My Arabian stallion was totally uncontrollable. He totally disrespected people, attacked people, and I could not do anything with him. Nothing worked.

After applying Easy Horse methods on him, he is a totally different horse. He is under total submission and a real pleasure to work with.

I also train horses for other people, and Easy Horse methods work excellently. I apply it on every horse I train, with excellent results.

Easy Horse methods are very practical, easy and IT WORKS FAST.

Finally finished reading your book. I found it most enlightening.
A lot of what you say in your book is common sense. But, there are a lot of people in this world who lack common sense. If given a choice, I would rather have common sense than book sense.
Your book is well written and easily understood. The chronological order is just right. I can see where it would be quite beneficial to an amateur on starting a horse.

Enquiry: I recently acquired a Thoroughbred racehorse for hacking purposes only. I consulted about the re-schooling of the horse, in other words, we wish to train the horse to de-race. I found the knowledge of Mr. Slabbert extremely valuable. His wisdom and sound proven techniques enabled me to achieve my goal in a short period of time. His willingness and enthusiasm to share is contageous and I respect his opinion immensely. He is a true horseman.

Hi Boeta,

Thank you very for the book I received. It is excellent. I’m just going to read and study over the weekend. Three of my friends are also interested, and they will contact you. I gave them your contact details.

Thanks a lot,

Elrine

Mr. Boeta Slabbert (cell 0828716492) has written an extremely valuable book called ”EASY HORSE”, describing problem solving with horses, as well as starting young horses and making them problem free in record time – a practical step by step guide.

It will be worth your while to contact him.

WILLIE BUYS

Thank you very much for the excellent book.

I worked through it, and see that it’s based on confidence, and once more confidence.

How often doesn’t a horse distrust an owner or trainer. Often a horse’s foundation is not being laid properly, because we are inclined to rush it.

The translation into Afrikaans is also excellent, and the techniques are explained excellently. It tells you everything from A to Z.

Excellent – any beginner’s dream, to enable him to have a nice horse. The photos demonstrate the horse’s dependence upon the trainer, without losing its personality and show presence, resulting in an excellent end product.

Kind regards; we are looking forward to the second book.

West Coast greetings, Vredenburg, South Africa

This is probably one of the best, and most informative books on the training of green horses which I have ever read. I have used these methods successfully on many occasions, and have had no problems with horses trained by these methods. After being trained in this way the horses remain calm, alert and responsive in all ways and are only a pleasure to work with.
